Branding Case Study: Molly McNeil
In this branding case study, marrying Molly’s two passions and professions into a single experience was our Key Branding Goal.
Molly McNeil is a luxury home realtor and yoga instructor. Molly has a strong reputation in both facets of her career and wanted to bring these two aspects into a single, cohesive brand. Our rebranding goal for Molly was to curate an experience that conveyed the high end luxury of her real estate practice while also making her yoga practice feel accessible.

Branding Case Study Part 1: Understanding the Brand
Molly McNeil brings together her 2 passions of real estate and yoga. It might seem like an unnatural combination, but it really is quite natural. Molly approaches both real estate and yoga as a facilitator. In both realms, she holds space for her clients. Molly loves working with real estate clients that are open to the experience of searching for a house. They usually have an idea of what they want without knowing EXACTLY what they want.
Molly holds space for clients to sell their house and/or find the right home. She helps guide them through the process but ultimately her clients make the decision. Yoga is a very similar process. Molly steps into the teacher role for her clients. You can’t know what you need or want to gain from a yoga practice without completing the practice. Molly holds space for clients to complete that practice as she guides them through it.

Branding Case Study Part 2: Completing the Work
Recognizing Molly delivers two experiences to clients, our job was to create cohesion to these two aspects of her work. While designing Molly’s site, we utilized formal color palettes and typography to create a high-end, luxurious feel and layered in playful pieces to show Molly’s personality. The color palette and typography creates the elevated style of her real estate business. The HOMES & OMs tagline balances out that elevated branding experience to highlight the accessibility and spirited nature of her yoga practice. All of these elements are important to establish your brand personality.
We also provided creative direction in the form of photography and videography for Molly. In this rebranding project, it was important for us to capture Molly in her home. The majority of the photos and videos featured on the website are of Molly’s home or client homes. Molly has a fun personality and authentic connection with her clients. Using personal locations for the images allows her connection to come through.
Molly McNeil’s new branding and website now captures both of her strengths. The elements display her authentic personality and the reason all of her clients love her. It will grow with her as she continues to find success in real estate and yoga. We are so excited for MMC!!
